Deletion of Personal Data

At your request, you may request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this case, please download the following PDF application form at and send us the completed written application by mail to our address so that we can initiate the deletion process for you.

Note:
An exception to the obligation to erase data applies if the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill an obligation under German or EU law (Art. 17(3)(b) GDPR) or to assert, exercise, or defense of legal claims (Art. 17(3)(e) GDPR).

For example, if you are currently in the process of placing an order in our online store, your data cannot be deleted until the transaction has been fully processed.
